Care Assistant Professional

Our care home sits in its own scenic grounds, specializing in residential care for 32 residents.
As a key person in our close-knit care team, you'll help us achieve an excellent standard of care to our residents.
You'll play a vital role in promoting the values and ethos of our home, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.
We're looking for someone who's genuinely interested in caring for the elderly and committed to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Empower independence by assisting residents with daily routines and encouraging positive choices.
- Provide hands-on help and thoughtful attention to each resident's individual needs.
- Keep a close eye on residents' health and communicate any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
- Uphold dignity and respect in every interaction with residents.
- Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with transferable skills.
- A passion for care and commitment to delivering excellent service.
