Care Assistant Role at Ardenlee Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our close-knit care team.

This rewarding role will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our residents, supporting them with their daily routines and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as dressing and staying active.
  • Follow and support each resident's personalized care plan.
  • Communicate any health concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces.

Requirements:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with transferable skills.
  • A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Salary:

£12.10 per hour

Additional benefits include pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
