About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in South Central England. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering and exceeding targeted margin growth through the quantified value selling of Synertec services within the South Central England area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the South Central England region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Synertec services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the NHS and Public Sector tender and sales processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and initiatives
