We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Urology team as a Patient Pathway Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide primary administrative support to consultants and clinical staff, including booking appointments and scheduling patients for procedures.
- Produce high-quality clinical correspondence using Trust digital transcription systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with national targets.
- Monitor patient pathways and escalate any concerns to management.
- Assist with arranging patients for elective access procedures and maintain accurate patient details using Trust electronic systems.
