About the Role

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a SMS Pathway Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including managing lists and clinics, and ensuring that all patients are seen within the required time scales.
  • Identify patients and create SMS lists for Symptom Check-ups from clinic lists, including new and returning patients 48 hours prior to clinic date.
  • Speak to patients on the telephone to complete questionnaires that have not been completed electronically and file the responses appropriately.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, with a good general level of education (5 GCSEs/BTEC grade C or above or equivalent) including Maths & English.
  • Up-to-date experience of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
