About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Bespak. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide vital financial support to operational, commercial, and product development departments, collaborating with them to develop business strategies and control costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial support to operational and commercial teams
Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets
Analyse monthly performance and lead financial reviews
Support contract negotiations with financial analysis
Manage capital expenditure and fixed asset processes
Manage and develop financial control policies within the FP&A remit
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Experience of finance in a manufacturing environment
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Experience with stock accounting and product costing
Excellent communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences
Advanced Excel skills and accounting software knowledge
