Job Title: Packaging Business Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + car + benefits

Harrison Scott Associates is working with a leading packaging company to find an experienced Packaging Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand their market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the packaging industry. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
