Dedicated Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our client, a young woman with a neuromuscular condition, in her family home in Harlow.
Your role will involve providing personal care, medication administration, domestic tasks, and food preparation, all while supporting our client in her daily life, including at work, when travelling, and during social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience working with neuro-muscular conditions, peg feeding, and catheter care, as well as holding a clean driving licence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards our client's needs.
