Healthcare Support Worker

At One Call 24 LTD, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and will be able to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring patients' conditions and vital signs
- Moving and handling patients with care
- Providing personal care, including washing and hygiene
- Serving meals and assisting with feeding
- Show compassion and make patients comfortable
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 6 months of experience in the last 2 years. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
