Regulatory Compliance Manager

As a Conformity Assurance Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the necessary regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans to guarantee our products comply with relevant regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create product testing roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Analyzing conformance and testing results, providing detailed technical reports to senior stakeholders.
- Staying current with industry developments, including new regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, and FR.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed test history documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in product compliance/approvals/testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
- Certification in FFC/CE.
- Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
- Familiarity with non-EU approval requirements.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate takes into account the role's responsibilities, required qualifications, and regional cost of living.
