About Us

We specialize in buying, building, and investing in diverse real estate sectors, including residential, offices, retail, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare. Our clients range from law firms to technology startups and multinationals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Chinese purchasers using our existing database.
  • Ensure the client database remains organized and up-to-date.
  • Target property owners collaborating with other agents.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and assistance.
  • Communicate with Chinese buyers before completion to understand their property plans.
  • Offer assistance with mortgage, furniture, and currency transfer issues.
  • Understand clients' properties to offer assistance and grow the database and income stream.
  • Attend London property sales events in China to acquire more clients.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with telesales experience beneficial but not necessary.
  • Real estate/property experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Eager to accelerate personal development.
  • Planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to China 4-6 times a year.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits and career progression opportunities.
