Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the help desk environment.
- Collaborate with the global IT support team to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
- Analyse and report on help desk metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Supervise and coach help desk support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the help desk environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
