**Job Description:** Sales and Purchase File Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Purchase File Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will support senior conveyancers with sales and purchase files from instruction through to completion.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting conveyancers with the preparation and execution of sales and purchase transactions.
- You will liaise with clients and agents over the phone and via email to ensure seamless communication throughout the process.
- You will draft and review documents as required.
- You will open and manage case files on our case management system.
Key Skills:
- Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
