We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Partnership Development Managers and Executives, ensuring the smooth delivery of our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to Partnership Development Managers and Executives, including new business and renewal underwriting referrals, policy risk management statistics, and rate card management.
  • Assist with the production and analysis of policy risk management statistics, as well as the management of regulatory, distribution, and administrative business support.
  • Support the delivery of operational business support services, including policy administration, documentation production, and maintenance.
  • Manage monthly sales declaration and invoicing, as well as training and process documentation production and maintenance.
  • Provide compliance and financial stability checking in support of regulated partnerships.
  • Utilize Microsoft packages, including Excel, to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
