About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A55 Tunnel Supervisor to join our team at Dalkia Engineering in Colwyn Bay. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supervising the planned tunnel road closures, which involve monthly shift patterns and require pre-tunnel meetings with clients. Your duties will also include managing subcontract labor and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise tunnel road closures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage subcontract labor and coordinate with clients
  • Conduct pre-tunnel meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the site maintenance team and fault coordinator to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Approved Electrician
  • Higher technical qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • Exceptional technical skill, ability, and experience beyond that expected of an Approved Electrician
  • Ability to work in a supervisory capacity and manage electrical installations
