About the Role

Dalkia Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Tunnel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for supervising planned tunnel road closures and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate tunnel road closures, ensuring minimal disruption to traffic and pedestrians.
  • Manage and oversee the work of electrical installation technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical installation and infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
