Job Title: National Key Account Manager - Retail Channel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team in Milan & London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our top clients in the retail space and developing the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans to deliver retention and growth among key accounts in the retail sector.
  • Conduct monthly service performance reporting to ensure client satisfaction and positive experience.
  • Manage commercial issues and proactively manage contract renewals and re-bids.
  • Develop new account relationships and achieve account growth targets.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty ratings through proactive account management.
  • Provide regular reporting on results and progress against account plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing large complex accounts and delivering sales growth in line with target plans.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
