Huntress is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Maidstone. As a standalone HR professional, you will be responsible for managing all operational HR matters and providing HR support to the board.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience and a strong background in human resources. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, as well as managing the recruitment process.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • HR Operations: Manage all operational HR matters, including policy development, employee engagement, and recruitment.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and provide comprehensive HR support.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR best practices.
  • Culture and Compliance: Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 FTE, working 30 hours per week.
