Your Role as a Care Assistant
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support that enhances their quality of life.
  • You will assist clients with daily tasks, such as medication reminders, meal preparation, and general domestic assistance.
  • You will promote clients' independence by encouraging them to take an active role in planning and providing their care.
Requirements and Benefits
  • You must be a kind, caring, and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant or in a related field is desirable, but not essential as we provide full training and career development opportunities.
  • We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.00) including holiday pay, pension, and mileage allowance (30p/mile).
  • We also provide weekly pay, permanent contracts with guaranteed hours or flexible working patterns, paid training, and access to extensive well-being services and fitness programs.
