We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored sales strategies to achieve targets.

About the Position

This is a key role within our organisation, reporting directly to the Director of Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activity, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Network with industry professionals, attend conferences and events, and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyse market trends, research organisations, and identify key decision-makers.
  • Pitch services to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and manage data entry into the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to develop existing accounts and expand the client base.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong social skills for effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet targets and deadlines.
  • A minimum salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
