Job Description

In our esteemed private maternity unit located in the heart of South West London, we are seeking a dedicated Midwife Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to expectant women, birthing people, and their families throughout their pregnancy, labour, and postpartum journey.

We offer an estimated salary of £43,677 - £58,695 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an autonomous practitioner in all areas of normal midwifery practice as guided by the Midwives Rules and Standards (2012).
  • Maintaining and developing up-to-date evidence-based professional knowledge and competence in accordance with NMC legislation and recommendations.
  • Liaising effectively with hospital and community midwifery based staff as well as other professional groups.
