Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit project reports to clients on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Engage with construction teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and authorities.
  • Analyse contractor documentation to inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate programme agreements with contractors.
  • Assess contractors' claims for payment.
  • Cultivate thorough understanding of contractor scope.
  • Participate in off-site site visits as necessary.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks with construction teams.
  • Feed project data into the document management system.
  • Support the commercial team in managing project finances.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000
