Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets and forecast costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Lead a team of project managers and consultants to deliver successful projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management within the construction and property industry.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body such as the CIOB or RICS.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
  • An excellent understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy or sell 5 days.
