Permanent Role

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Management Lead to join our team at CE Back Office. This is a remote/office-based position, with 2 days per week spent in our Manchester, Derby, or Warrington office.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and a strong understanding of HRIS systems. They will be responsible for supporting the functional/process work stream, including requirements and design capture, testing, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and support Workday in business as usual.
  2. Act as the key point of contact for technology and AMS provider.
  3. Ensure system changes follow internal IT governance processes.
  4. Provide clear analytics and insights to support strategic and tactical decision making.
  5. Understand the wider People strategy and agenda to provide day-to-day support and contribute to its future shape.
  6. Manage the Workday change roadmap and lead end-to-end change management.

Requirements:

  1. Workday Certification is advantageous.
  2. Experience in HRIS Team management.
  3. Workday configuration skills, including functional, integration, reporting, and security.
  4. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
