We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Tamworth, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by store management, driving business growth and success.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, ensuring seamless store operations.
