We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buyers Admin Assistant to join our team at Crew Clothing Head Office. As a key member of our Buying Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical path processes.
Key Responsibilities- Critical Path Management: Assist in managing the critical path and department processes to ensure all information is up to date and readily accessible by other teams.
- Sample Management: Coordinate sample requirements for the buying department, including press, wholesale, and photo samples, and ensure timely delivery.
- Catalogue Information: Compile styling and trims details for the catalogue, proofread with the buyer, and ensure completion for deadlines.
- Other Buying Responsibilities: Assist in fit sessions, provide administrative support, and undertake development or project work set by the buyer.
- General administration experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience in Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and manage a work schedule while working to tight deadlines
