Job Summary
Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Sister to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the neonatal ward and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Leading the neonatal ward and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Managing the ward as a total resource, including deployment, teaching, and supervision of staff
- Developing and implementing care plans for patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 1 registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse or Children's Nurse
- Neonatal QIS qualification
- Mentorship qualification
- Substantial post-registration neonatal experience in an acute hospital setting
