Job Description

The Senior Estates Contracts Officer will be responsible for managing the Client's Planned Preventative Maintenance programme, assisting building managers, preparing annual budgets and reports, and maintaining clear communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification in an appropriate related discipline
  • At least three years of post-qualification experience in property management, facilities management, or building systems management
  • Experience of working in planned maintenance, procurement of services, and working for a large organisation with a varied estate

Estimated Salary

£39,600 per annum, plus holiday entitlement
