This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to join our team as the new Head of Asset Management – East London. You will be responsible for developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term asset management strategies for our east London portfolio, which includes Hackney and Tower Hamlets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing asset management strategies
  • Line managing an Asset Manager and the Head of Property Management East London
  • Ensuring delivery of property management initiatives
  • Coordinating business-as-usual activities across departments
  • Managing estate metrics and performance indicators
  • Nurturing key customer relationships
  • Identifying value-added initiatives beyond routine operations

You will work closely with the leasing team on larger transactions and represent The Arch Company in local Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and stakeholder groups.

An estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
