Job Overview

This exciting opportunity calls for a proactive leader to take on the role of Head of Asset Management – East London. As part of our east London portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term asset management strategies. This involves identifying value-enhancing opportunities, working collaboratively with colleagues to implement these, and managing an Asset Manager and Head of Property Management. You will be expected to provide leadership, clear direction, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the estate's performance and maximise returns.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to track performance and guide strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent The Arch Company at local business events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and promote the company's interests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering results, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling complex tasks, and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in property management, asset management, or a related field would be highly advantageous.

Salary Details

This role comes with a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time. We also offer opportunities for professional development, training, and career advancement within the company.
