Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive learning plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring timely progress and exceptional outcomes.
  • Motivating and guiding learners to achieve outstanding results, adapting learning plans in response to feedback to maintain high engagement and performance levels.
  • Collaborating with the quality and compliance team to ensure learner files meet the requirements of relevant bodies, including the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofsted.
  • Monitoring learner progress closely, communicating concerns, and implementing action plans to ensure timely achievement of goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Teach learners in the workplace, face-to-face, and remotely, supporting the completion of Apprenticeship standards and assessing their abilities.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver high-quality initial assessments, inductions, teaching, and learning sessions that meet quality and performance standards.

As a Development Coach, you will possess a background in teaching or training, or a solid understanding of these areas, which will enable you to inspire and support our learners. A recognized Teaching Qualification at level 5 or above is required, or a willingness to work towards it.
