Job Overview

This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled individual who can effectively supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective supervision for classes during teacher absences, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Implement lesson plans as provided by the absent teacher, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities.
  • Support students in completing their work, providing constructive feedback to teachers on student progress.
  • Assist with examination supervision and accompany students on school trips when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for education and supporting young people's learning, coupled with a deep understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.

A competitive salary package, including an estimated £90-£120 per day, will be offered to successful applicants.
