About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate to support the well-being and academic progress of students in one of our client schools in Lincoln. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students facing academic challenges or emotional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Assisting teaching staff in developing strategies to promote positive behavior and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conducting assessments and observations to identify individual student needs.
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and external professionals to create comprehensive support plans.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
