About the Role:

Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Operations Floor Manager to join our team. As an Event Operations Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food product and set-up, storage, service, and handling procedures in our banquet area to provide a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and motivate the Events Operational team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Continuously improve service and systems to maximize business growth and maintain a 5-star establishment standard.
  • Ensure event spaces and environments are consistent with our luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a five-star luxury establishment, preferably in event operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you will comfortably communicate in this language.
