About the Position

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in Adult Services with Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council, supporting adults with complex needs and contributing to community-based day activities.
  • As a Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services, maintaining and updating care and support plans, and making informed decisions about changes to these plans.
  • Working effectively with a diverse range of adults who require additional support, you will provide exceptional care and support services that meet individual needs, promoting independence and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with professionals for optimal client outcomes, participating in partnership working to ensure clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives related to community-based day activities, considering the specific needs of adults with complex requirements.
  • Provide high-quality care and support services to adults with complex needs, respecting individual autonomy and confidentiality, and adapting to changing circumstances.
