About the Role
We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team in CC / South West / South Devon. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care and support to adults, including assistance with daily tasks and promoting independence.
- Providing companionship and social interaction to help alleviate loneliness and isolation.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Experience with complex care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
