Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and projects for clients
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical communications, creative, and media, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage client budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in client-side brand team, consultative, medical communications, medical affairs, or promo medical education agency or division of advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital, media, and technology marketing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Native/ fluent English a must, additional languages welcome
