We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our clinical division at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex, and SEMH needs.

Our service aims to improve the quality of life for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties. We provide support through both practical and vocational training, ensuring our adults are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our adults in their daily lives, undertaking all aspects of occupational therapy clinical duties. This includes carrying out individual assessments and interventions, preparing relevant documentation, and providing information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.

As a Senior Occupational Therapy Specialist, you will have previous experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and a full UK driving licence. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
