Job Title: Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at Kensington Mortgage Company. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sourcing and supplier management activity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain schedules reporting, including TPRM Dashboards, Enterprise Risk Management Committee content, weekly status reports, Key risk indicators, and Sourcing Reporting.
  • Maintain KMC corporate contract database reporting and ensure all contracts submitted by the business are appropriately included and updated.
  • Develop and maintain spend data to enable sourcing activity to be planned.
  • Produce reports and data detailing TPRM assurance activity.
Requirements:
  • Advanced excel skills, with the ability to build databases and reports.
  • Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office Products, focusing on Word and PowerPoint.
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
