About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Governance Specialist to join our team at Virgin Media. As a key member of our Procurement Chapter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of end-to-end services to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Supplier Relationship Meetings to monitor contracted service levels and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-business Annual Governance Meetings to review and improve supplier performance.
  • Provide training and support across the business on supplier governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contracted standards, including SLAs and broader performance metrics.
