This is a unique opportunity to join the Virgin Media team as a Procurement Governance Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of end-to-end services to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Supplier Relationship Meetings to monitor contracted service levels and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-business Annual Governance Meetings to review and improve supplier performance.
  • Provide training and support across the business on supplier governance.
  • Identify and manage continuous business improvement opportunities.
