About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Governance Manager to join our team at Tesco Mobile. As a key member of our Procurement Chapter, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of end-to-end services to agreed SLAs and underpinning KPIs. This will involve identifying and managing continuous business improvements opportunities, as well as directly managing Supplier Relationship Meetings and Annual Governance Meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery of end-to-end services to agreed SLAs and underpinning KPIs.
  • Identify and manage continuous business improvements opportunities.
  • Directly manage Supplier Relationship Meetings and Annual Governance Meetings.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contracted standards, including SLAs and broader performance metrics.
  • Lead the development of a balanced scorecard approach, fostering collaboration between procurement and supplier partners to align performance perspectives and meet the needs of all functions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully owning and nurturing supplier relationships.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively, both within the organization and externally.
  • Previous experience driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Previous end-to-end delivery excellence experience.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring experience.
  • Balanced Scorecard Facilitation experience.
