EdEx – Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Needs to join our client's team in a highly regarded Secondary School in Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to children with SEN/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist class teachers with delivering core subject material
- Work collaboratively with the school's SEN team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- A graduate with strong academics (2:1 or 1st Class degree)
- A passion for learning and working with young people
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Previous school-based experience
- A sufficient understanding of SEN/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD, SpLD and more
- A competitive daily rate of £105 - £110
- A long-term, full-time contract
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
