TikTok seeks a skilled Regional Crisis Manager to advance its Crisis Management program for EMEA. This key role will involve collaborating with regional partners and senior business leaders to build trust and awareness of the program, enhancing user experience, and driving further improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking/maintenance/advancement of each PSec CMT's maturity & readiness, leading design & conduct of PSec CMT training & risk-based exercises/workshops regionally, and monitoring existing/emerging PSec threats/risk landscape & enhancing PSec preparedness.

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role requires strong project management skills, thought leadership, and global business environments experience, with up to 40% travel expected.
