About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Security Manager to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited. As a senior security specialist, you will lead security operations and compliance activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Your responsibilities will include managing classified program support, crisis management, business resiliency planning, personnel security, and asset protection. Additionally, you will oversee security investigations and insider threat detection while collaborating with various business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the EMEA regional security function, ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of security services.
- Guide a team of multi-disciplinary security staff and foster strong relationships with site leaders across the region.
- Provide support for UK security, helping to grow a high-performing security team.
- Oversee crisis management and business resiliency efforts in the UK, while coordinating with global security leadership.
- Continually assess and mitigate security risks, providing timely updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with in-country security teams to ensure excellence in security management and compliance.
- Senior-level experience in the security field, ideally within government or defense sectors.
- Proven leadership in managing security teams and projects in a global organization.
