About the Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to reducing failed appointments by contacting customers via various channels, including text, telephone, and email.
  • Work quickly and accurately under pressure, meeting targets while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to take meticulous notes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Good administration skills, with experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable and confident in speaking with customers over the phone.
What We Offer

Pertemps Bond offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.49, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Location and Working Hours

This role is based in our Tolvaddon office, with working hours of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
