About the Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to reducing the level of failed appointments by contacting customers via text, telephone call, and email the day before their appointments.
  • Work quickly under pressure, meeting targets, while paying particular attention to details and accuracy as there is a large element of data entry involved.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to take meticulous notes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Good administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Good written communication.
  • Good team player.
  • Some data entry experience.
  • Multiple system usage.
  • Customer Service/Call centre experience.
