We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic Water Engineering team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes, and overseeing efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in the water sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the water sector, with a strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
  • Excellent technical and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
