We're delivering a better world at AECOM, and we're looking for a talented Associate Director to join our dynamic Water Engineering team. As a leader in the water sector, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of water infrastructure.

About the Role

As an Associate Director, you'll provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes by reviewing the work produced by others. You'll oversee efficient project delivery, managing risk and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.

You'll also ensure quality management, compliance with standards and regulations, and offer technical expertise for interdisciplinary studies. Additionally, you'll drive success in work winning through bid management, tender production, and proposal preparation.

As a leader in our Water business, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the resourcing and management of both local and wider teams. You'll take on line management responsibilities, guiding and managing junior staff, and conducting performance evaluations.

We're a dynamic and innovative team, boasting around 670 experts across the UK & Ireland, including 170 specialists across our England & Wales Water Engineering team. You'll collaborate with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver a variety of captivating projects, from small initiatives to large-scale ventures.
