Professional Sales Training and Growth

As a Commercial Graduate Trainee at BMS Performance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will benefit from continuous on-the-job training and extensive professional sales training, helping you to grow and develop your skills in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Highlights:

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A full, clean UK driving license is essential, and you should be comfortable working up to two Saturday mornings a month. This role may require you to travel regularly, so a valid passport is beneficial. Most importantly, you should have a passion for sales, marketing, and business development, and be eager to learn and grow within the company.
